How It Works
How does mobile dog grooming work?
We drive our fully-equipped grooming van to your home and park in your driveway. Your dog is groomed one-on-one in the van while you relax inside. We text you when done — usually 1–2 hours for most dogs.
Do you groom in your van or in my home?
Always in our van. The van is a self-contained grooming salon with hot water, a professional tub, grooming table, dryers, and all the tools we need. We never bring equipment inside your home.
How long does a grooming session take?
Most dogs take 1–2.5 hours depending on size, coat condition, and services chosen. Large breeds or dogs with very long/matted coats may take up to 3–4 hours.
Services & Scheduling
What services do you offer?
Full groom, bath & brush, nail trim, de-shedding treatment, teeth brushing, and breed-specific cuts. We also offer add-on services like paw pad moisturizing and ear cleaning.
How do I book an appointment?
Call us at (256) 555-0148, text us, or fill out the form on our website. We typically respond within a few hours and confirm your appointment the same day.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
We try! Availability varies, but we often have next-day slots available. For the best selection, booking 3–7 days ahead is ideal.
What days and times do you operate?
Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We don't currently offer Sunday appointments.
Dogs & Temperament
Do you handle anxious or reactive dogs?
Yes — this is where mobile grooming shines. Your dog is the only one in the van, never around other animals, and gets our full undivided attention. We use calm, fear-free handling throughout.
What if my dog has never been groomed before?
First-time grooms (especially for puppies) are always done at a calm, patient pace. We introduce tools gradually and take breaks if the dog needs them. We'd rather do a good partial groom than a traumatic full one.
Do you groom senior dogs?
Yes. Senior dogs often have arthritis, mobility issues, or skin conditions that require gentle handling. We're experienced with seniors and take extra care with positioning and time.

How much does mobile dog grooming cost?
Pricing varies by breed, coat condition, size, and services chosen. We don't post fixed prices because every dog is different. Contact us for a personalized quote — most clients find us competitive with salon pricing when you factor in no travel time.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, Florence, and surrounding communities across North Alabama — generally within a 40-mile radius of Huntsville.
Is there a travel fee?
For clients in our core service area (Huntsville, Madison, Athens), there's no travel fee. For longer-distance locations, we may add a small trip fee — we'll tell you upfront before booking.
